Private Golden Circle From Selfoss / Reykjavík

The Golden Circle is a route of Iceland's three most popular attractions : Þingvellir, Geysir and Gullfoss

We’ll walk the beautiful Þingvellir National Park and UNESCO Heritage site. The scenery is stunning ,rain of shine.

We’ll take a close look at how the tectonic plates drifted apart and where the first settlers of Iceland founded the world´s oldest parliament (Alþingi) in 930 AD.

We then continue to Haukadalur geothermal area, home of Geysir, which all other geysers are named after. Here we’ll see the lively geyser Strokkur erupt roughly every 4-8 minutes and reach a height of up to 25 meters along with observing the other geothermal features of the area.

From there we’ll head up to Gullfoss waterfall, "The golden falls". Gullfoss is a 32-meter waterfall that cascades down two stages into Hvítárgljúfur canyon.

The Golden Circle is without a doubt one of Iceland’s most famous highlights and is rich in great stories and tales.
